The mattress came packaged in shrink wrap as per brand new with its original box. I cannot see any signs of use at all, it is beyond my expectations for the price paid. I still need to give the mattress a thorough test, but I have no issues so far. Thanks very much, Clear Cycle, I will certainly recommend.

It’s quite squishy and therefore doesn’t feel up to its high price tag, even at the re furnished price. Disappointed really. It’s a guest bed mattress so I’m pleased I didn’t spend that amount on a daily mattress fit myself for this ‘quality’ but I wanted a good mattress for my guests. Time will tell how comfortable it is/ isn’t .

It would have been helpful to be given the option for it to be unpacked /assembled. Delivery people wouldn’t wait for me to unwrap it or inspect it… queried why sellers suggest you do this .
