    We did contact the shipping companies and we were supplied the same information we sent to you. DHL and USPS only give me the information that is listed on their website. Ebay told us to contact the shipping company and we must wait till after the delivery date to contact them with issues. When you have packages go through customs they tend to take a little longer than standard shipping.
