    Through no fault of their own the frame was broken in transit even though it was well packaged. The seller kindly gave me a partial refund for what shipping insurance won’t cover and all the documents and photos needed for a claim. Still it is and was a beautiful frame and engraving even if it sustained a good deal of damage and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this seller again who was very communicative and helpful to work with.
