    Sleek machine, good coffee eventually!

    This was bought as a gift. Once you get the hang of it the machine makes great coffee. The instruction such as they were and then involved going online seemed to be a challenge so making coffee took a few days to perfect. The machine looks good, doesn’t take up too much room and is modern and sleek. The only reason I marked it down one was the instructions. It also makes more noise than expected as all the different aspects get itself into gear but at least it’s over quite quickly

    Great product; laughable instructions.

    A multi-million pound company have spent all this money on a slick website, lovely promotion video and then produced instructions that seem as if they have been made by infant chimpanzees. The instructions are beyond belief. My degree in English did not help me to operate it. I don’t understand many of the ‘features’. Great product; laughable instructions. Sad, because the coffee is good.

    Great value for money

    Fabulous it makes a great coffee really quickly. If there was just one negative its that the milk frother takes a bit long to heat the milk we need to use it twice yo make it hot enough. Other than that it is great

    I have had one of these for 5 years or so; this one was bought as a gift. I have found mine to be compact, easy to use and maintain and produces whatever style of coffee you fancy. Just have to find the right beans!

    Good value quality espresso maker.

    Overall makes good coffee - at least as good as the beans you put in it! Care needed in feeding the beans in - don't overfill! This machine makes espresso and also will add hot water to dilute the coffee for americano. Has a steamer too but not used that. So far so good and pleased with the machine - after two weeks.
