    A fantasy tale of a sandfairy and misadventures with children evacuated out of London during WWI

    The adventures are hilarious and appealing to the imaginations of children. The dogged determination to do what they want with no regard to the consequences. Then having to Deal with those consequences. The fears of unknown futures to thier families while be thrown into an unknown environment with unknown people with different ways and rules.
