    The bands are too short

    They work as resistance bands, but are too short another 200cm would mean that the user can be more resourceful in their use. The length is not specified in the specification. I would have chosen a different product if the length of the band had been specified. I will now have to adapt my use of the bands to overcome their actual length.

    Good value overall but check the size before buying!

    This product is as advertised and good value for the price. The only thing I would recommend to buyers is to check the dimensions before buying to make sure that it suits your needs. I did not do this and assumed from the images that the bands would be longer than they are, which restricts the type of exercises that I am able to do with them but I have been able to get creative and still use them for what I need. Pro's: - Clear resistance ratings from "extra light" to "extra, extra heavy" providing a good range - Drawstring carry bag to keep them all together neatly Con's: - Shorter than expected (my fault for not reading the description clearly). - I haven't been using them long enough to speak to the durability but some of the lighter bands feel like they could break under too much ...

    Great Little Buy!

    Great set of bands, really good value for money and would definitely recommend. The lighter bands are a bit thin so I had to position just right so they didn't roll up (probably just me) but otherwise are good quality and have been using daily since purchasing. The carry pouch is handy and keeps them all tucked together.

    Just did my 1st 30 min work out at home :)

    I actually bought these to use at the gym seen a lady using them!! However I decided to give them a shot at home to practice before I look like a plum in the gym lol I have never used resistance bands before so can't compare them to anything but these seem great quality and durable come in a handy little bag with a free towel :) didn't get a sheet of work outs like others have said but managed to use the net to find some exercises these will now be my new work out at home when I can't get to the gym!! :) brill
