    Dash board appearance was exactly as I expected. Good condition (much better than mine). Pretty fast delivery too. I received it in about 2 days, through UPS. Shipping seemed pricey but nothings cheap anymore. Js. Seller was always responded back within a few hours. They even took extra pictures so I could see the back of the dashboard. I would definitely buy from them again.

    The seller sent the part in a box not meant for this item. Additionally, the packaging was abysmal, at best. No bubble wrap & no care made in securing the item which led to it arriving damaged. The seller did offer a $30 partial refund after I contacted eBay to intervene since the fan blades were the only part broken, but my mechanic had to spend extra time swapping the blades between fan motors. I won’t be buying from this seller again.

    FAN BLADE BROKE IN SHIPPING ... it happens ... we immediately offered full refund or replacement . That was not good enough ! SOME PEOPLE ARE UNREASONABLE ! ........ HE WANTED TO KEEP IT FOR VIRTUALLY FREE ....... Again we offered a refund or replacement , he kept our part and used it . and is using it today , how can it be so bad . SOME PEOPLE ARE UNREASONABLE , and no he will not buy from us again because we blocked him , he can buy from the VW dealer , good luck with a old bus .
