        Communication with seller wasn't great and seller's inflexibility meant that it was very difficult to coordinate collection of the item. Seller wasn't prepared to do anything to make collection and transportation of the item easier e.g. rolling it up, tying and/or covering it in some sort of packaging. While trying to arrange a suitable day for collection, with no response I got a refund instead.

        Instead of asking if we could do all the above requested the buyer just assumed and brought the mattress first The buyer expected that we stay at home for hours to help the third party collection company as he couldn't give a certain time for us to be in and wanted us to help take the mattress out.. As we couldn't do this we refunded the money. Happy to help but would like to be asked rather be demanded/expected.
