Seller didn't follow eBay policy and asked me to seek a refund thru royalmail ,then asked for my personal details over msgs, I don't have to provide my email or any personal details for a refund or replacement,fact!. Pictures provided clearly show packaging deliberately cut NOT torn as claimed. Posted in tear proof mail bag!!!!!
