HAVE, HAVE, HAVE TO TAKE!
If I didn't take this as well as MSM I would not be able to walk and work out as if I didn't have any problems. I have had problems walking around for over 10 years since I fell twice ... I can hear the crunching in my knees. with this I don't have the horrible pain from just walking - not to mention having problems going up and down the stairs. New Chapter has a great reputation as well. I will not do without this vitamin as it really works! I can sleep and still repair my bones...
