I must be clear that I am totally happy with the item I purchased, it arrived well wrapped and in pristine condition. Sadly the despatch time left a lot to be desired. The item was listed with Tracked 48 RM postage, but for some reason was despatched using Yodel’s see you in a week service. I have no idea why this happened but the delivery time way exceeded the expected one.Follow-up from: n***a- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Further to the above, the item I purchased out is either faulty or not fit for purpose. An outdoor camera that lets in rainwater. Far from ideal. The manufacturers tell me that I must request a refund from the seller, but unfortunately the seller appears to have changed their trading name, and fails to respond to messages.
