The clock was well packaged, arrived exactly as described and the shipping was included within the purchase of the clock (a business practice I prefer as I really don't want to see the cost of preparing for shipment and shipment). I like being able to look at the total cost and decide if I'm willing to pay it. Even though "used" the item is in great condition.
