    BEWARE: CHECK USB 2.0 wire orientation. You may have to reseat the color coded wires in the proper orientation or your computer will not detect the cooler. There is a YouTube video that shows you how to fix it. Search Michael Knowles USB Cam issues. It works now that I changed it. This was a huge inconvenience and it seems like a scam tactic to get people to buy another break out cable.
