    Yoga workout

    I do not consider this a work-out at all. It is a waste of time and money. I will not use it again. There is no value to it at all. You may as well just watch a TV program for all the benefit you get out of this tape. I have had other yoga work-out CD's of Rodney Yee's that were excellent, but this one is worthless and a waste of my time. Natalie Harris

    Stellar Yoga Instruction

    This is an excellent yoga video, and not just for beginners. The pose guide seems like something to skip if you know some yoga, but don't! There are details about body position, muscle emphasis, and stretch that will change and improve the way you practice yoga, or start you off on the right foot. Literally!
