      Very enjoyable, historical drama.

      Skirting the idea of 50's religious epics, the piece deals with the heretic pharaoh, Amenhotep IV. Good acting, great costumes and dramatic twists and turns as you follow the life of an Egyptian doctor and his introduction into the highest circles of Egyptian royalty.

      Good Value

      The movie does not cover many important episodes included in that fascinating book by Mika Waltari ( I have read it three times). But which movie can achieve in such a short time a story that long? Great episodes like in Babylon or in Crete are missing but the characters are well represented. I'm glad I found a brand new copy of this old movie that is difficult and quite expensive to get in our local markets. This is about the third classical movie that I have purchased from Korea at similar low prices.
