        Merkybike arrived with deep scratches all over the paintwork. Pedal assist not working and Error code 5 on the screen. Bent pannier rack. Front brake cable forced behind the headset. Wrong charging cable sent. Seller did not manufacture the bike and is not at fault for the issues but he still did everything in his power to help resolve them. Not many people would have the decency to do this. Sometimes problems occur, it is how people deal with them that matters.
