    It took a week from purchase before the item was shipped. The post office then lost the package (tracking information stopped updating) and I had to submit an inquiry after two weeks of waiting to find it. The post office said it was damaged. The packaging split apart at the taped together tube sections. Luckily, the fishing pole was not broken. As for the item description, there were two rubber "grips" on the seat of the pole that are lifting up at the edges that should of been highlighted.
