Ho scritto alla ditta per chiedere chiarimenti; ho avuto risposta immediata. Dopo un po’ di e-mail, sempre con risposta immediata, anche se era domenica, anche se erano in ferie, anche in orari strani, mi hanno consigliato di restituirlo che lo avrebbero sistemato. Penso che si siano meritato un ottimo 10 con lode!
