This should have been highlighted in the costs and as such I consider it to be a major omission. The overall costs meant it would have been cheaper to order directly from Bose and have a 2 year warranty to boot!

Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.
