All screws, bolts and parts were loose in the box causing excessive damage to the bed throughout the delivery process. This was extremely poorly packaged and there was no care gone into securing this item for delivery. Was sceptical about the ex display item in the first place, however it was at good discount for a bookcase that was sold at over £450 retail price for up to 70% discount free postage, placed the order, delivered to our house, it looked amazing like new item in perfect condition as described (better than as described) with good packaging too. So very happy about this purchase and the seller was super quick in responding to message would definitely recommend this seller!

It would have been helpful to be given the option for it to be unpacked /assembled. Delivery people wouldn’t wait for me to unwrap it or inspect it… queried why sellers suggest you do this .
