Emailed them on the 28th to ask if it had been posted and for tracking details and was told it was due to be despatched the next day the 29th. Guessing the size of rug was out of stock as tracking was never given or any other proof of postage. Alerted eBay ans seller that it had not arrived . No response from seller but eBay said that they had until today reply. Refund issued today. The buyer advised the item had not been delivered and the tracking confirmed this and the buyer was refunded, so customers money was safe even though ebay lost the item.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Do not blame Ebay for item being lost as you clearly never provided any tracking or proof of postage so obvious it was never posted. No excuse for ignoring my emails regarding item hadn't arrived.
