Limited three CD, two DVD and Blu-ray edition. The video portions of the deluxe are packed with rare and previously unseen footage, including the James Paul McCartney TV Special, interviews and music videos, as well as the never before seen film The Bruce. Paul McCartney proudly announces the digitally remastered and expanded edition of Red Rose Speedway, the classic work from his revered catalog. Released in April 1973 and featuring the #1 single 'My Love,' Red Rose Speedway was the first Wings album to hit #1 on the U. S. chart. Recording for Red Rose Speedway began in March 1972. It was initially planned as a double album, and McCartney decided to include some unreleased songs that had originally been recorded during the Ram sessions prior to the formation of Wings. Beginning on 19 March, sessions were held at Olympic Studios in London, after which recording continued sporadically throughout the year. More recording took place over October and November 1972 at Abbey Road Studios and Olympic. Morgan, Trident and Island were the other London studios where the band recorded that year.

    Great value for the price.

    I wanted this when it was first released, but it was too expensive. I bought it for the “James Paul McCartney” TV special. The original version of the album, which was rejected by Capitol, was also a plus. The two photo books were great. For the price, an outstanding value.

    An Extraordinary Collector's Buy

    Arrived in perfect condition, sealed. It is in my opinion the BEST McCartney Archive set. It has DVD's of TV specials, live performances, alternate takes, additional rare songs that would have made it a double album. The book, pictures, & memorabilia inside are amazing. It is a MUST for a true McCartney fan & you will treasure having it in your collection!

    Å superb Music box

    Red Rose Speedway is in my opinion the best album Paul McCartney ever måde. In this box å lot of previously unreleased top songs are now released. The dvd' s also are filled with top music of the first Wings Crew, which still are the best band Paul McCartney ever had. Both the Bruce McCmouse live Show and the James Paul McCartnet TV-Special are superb, pluss å lot og videoer og the 1972/73 singles
