      First of all I shipped within 5 days per eBay ship deadline as item add weekend in the time frame. I added tracking in the 5 day deadline and listed the tracking on eBay thus not mentioning tracking is false per buyer. As for creating label late again not true. At times does not show up immediately on eBay but does show up on USPS Tracking. I sent $5 refund for free shipping. Frankly this buyer is bad news and is now blocked from buying from me. I followed the ship time deadline from eBay.
