It was a Dell AC Adapter, which does not meet the specifications and requirements of the CalDigit TS3 Plus device. The product, as described and advertised, was blatantly deceptive and misleading. I never stated it was the original power supply? As advertised we offer this with a Dell AC Adapter. The one we offer works perfectly well with TS3 Plus and with over 75 in the field we have had no issues reported. If you didn't what the Dell AC then why order and then complain? Fella's like you make it difficult, not doubt as new eBayer just trying to get something for free!
