Does what I need it to do. For prospective buyers: be aware that before it is connected to the battery there is 31V on the output from an internal capacitor. A significant arc will be drawn when connected to the battery. I measured 40+ amp impulse with a peak reading DC clamp meter. This may be overstressing the BMS in small capacity LiFePO4 batteries. I do not think this presents a potential problem with other battery types. The work around is to connect the charger to the battery before connecting power to the charger. Other than this caveat this charger a good value.
