I have just measured some of my stock and the diameter corresponds exactly to what they are meant to be, be careful measuring a circle as it can be easy to get a false measurement. All of my items are sourced from top quality UK distributors.

No fuss, clear communications, happy to talk and work out solutions and I’d recommend in a heartbeat. Sad that Royal Mail cocked up but these things happen.

Contacted buyer with photo's but he insisted that they were M5, he didn't have M4 and that I was wrong and that I had made a mistake. He went on further to state that he would ban me from his store and report me to eBay. He refused to accept the return despite documentary evidence to the contrary and refused to accept his mistake. Disgusting customer service and hid behind his no return policy. eBay thankfully resolved the issue for me. It was impossible for me to have sent out the wrong screws as I do not currently have M4 x 40mm in a black oxide finish in stock. I shew them pictures of them in a proper screw measuring tool showing that the size is correct. If I had sent out the wrong size I would have happily fixed the issue by sending the correct screws out asap.
