    This is what needs to be taught in every high school. Every person could benefit from this using this book while reading the companion book, "Boundaries", by the same authors. These books changed my life.

    Everyone needs “Boundaries”.

    I have read some of the book but have heard a lot about it from “The Dave Ramsey” Podcasts. Once I heard there was a workbook I had to have it, I’m glad I was able to find it. Gotta go and read some more. Thanks Henry Cloud!!
