    First, the positive: fast shipping, good packaging, item was expensive but well worth it. Second, the negative: The item was as described, still new in its packaging, but once it arrived it had a strong cigarette smoke smell that was EXTREMELY hard to get rid of (took me days), to me, new items shouldn't have that smell. Contacted seller beforehand but seller claims it came from a smoke free home. TDLR: Great seller with the exception of the cigarette smoke smell.

    My home is smoke free. Buyer was offered a FULL refund, since they were not happy and did not accept. Sold this for a friend, and can not guarantee that it came from a smoke free home. The item was Still Sealed and Brand New. Buyer would rather leave negative feedback instead of a refund. I guess you can't please everyone!!!!
