    Excellent accessory for your Optmate Charger

    This additional lead is an excellent accessory for your Optimate. It enables you to have a permanent connection to your battery which avoids the crocodile clips to terminal connections. If you use it on a bike the lead can be routed from under the saddle so that it is more accessible and the water resistant cap protects it when not in use. Another advantage is that the +ve (live lead) is further protected by a fuse. I use my Optimate on a number of different vehicles and so these more permanent leads on these vehicles make it so much easier. The price was very reasonable for such a well made item and it was delivered very promptly. Overall a very useful, worthwhile purchase. Thank you.

    Surprisingly easy to install!

    I was a little concerned fitting this as all of my previous Kawasaki's have had one installed by the garage. Easy to fit to my new Ducati Xdiavel. I simply loosened the black negative screw to the battery put the black connector on then tightened it, and then did the same for the red positive point.

    Easy to fit and use

    Original equipment charging lead, why buy copies which don't last. Simply attach to the battery and leave it accessible from the side of the bike, I have secured one of mine with a cable tie, just plug in when necessary, just about the easiest and most simple addition to a bike to save a flat battery especially when a bike is left to stand for some time. I have fitted one to all my bikes over the years and leave them on when sold, I've even bought bikes with one on which shows not everyone is mean enough to remove them when selling! I wouldn't be without one, you can even buy a lead to attach a socket to it so you can blow air beds up etc.
