    I received the Fitbit quickly it was well packaged. The Fitbit looked in good condition better then described . I charged the Fitbit using my own official charger. When I came back the Fitbit had charge on it but I could not get the screen to work it remained black. I tried resetting it but it did not work. I contacted the seller who was very good and I returned the Fitbit and have received a full refund. I would be happy to buy from seller again as very good customer service.
