I understand things happen but short of severe illness/death/no internet access/jail, it’s wrong having an online shop open where people buy your merchandise & then not honor your part of the deal shipping it to them in a timely manner or contacting them if there’s a problem with the order. I wish sellers wouldn’t treat these shops as some kind of casual hobby.
