I contacted the seller and all I got was rude behavior, and excuses how nothing was their fault. Charged Priority Mail shipping and sent the cheapest way possible with no protection for the book whatsoever! Again seller is rude, full of poor excuses, and then belittles you the buyer for questioning them. I sent a screen shot of the tracking showing its delivery was delayed with USPS. They claim I charged them priority shipping but purchased ground advantage. I showed a screen shot showing I purchased the shipping they selected, ground advantage. I even offered a refund if the item was damaged, no reply from that. They didn’t want a refund for a supposed damaged item? The item wasn’t damaged. They don’t like they were wrong. Womp womp.
