    Benfotiamine has worked well for me over the years.

    Why take an OTC pain medication when you can buy a natural substitute with no side effects? Benfotiamine works quickly and relieves pain fully. I always keep it on hand. It's also a good idea to take it with you when you travel. I've used it for years. I'm 91 and take various medications for my heart. Benfotiamine does not interfere with my meds.
