I contacted them before purchase to ensure that they use Royal Mail for delivery as advertised on the product page. They confirmed they used Royal Mail if stated on the listing, which it was as delivery as 1st Class letter. This is untrue. They sent it by cheapo Fedex, so my parcel was four days late, abandoned in a public stairwell, and the only reason I knew it was there was an email sometime later. They won't use Royal Mail, expect a cheaper service and later delivery.
