    I ordered this end of July and delivery was given as 11-21 august. It is now 23 August and I have heard nothing from the seller. I contacted them and they said the package was stuck at customs and to give them time to investigate. I have requested a refund and they still want me to wait. This is unacceptable

    Due to technical issues the packet got delayed in customs for which we are sorry for Inconvience. We even requested the customer and the packet was received by the customer within 2 days, but still yes the customer has the rights and he can express his views.
