    A good supplement. While not necessary, they are fun when you can find for the right price. It could be fun, but I can't say it's for every DM or player, as it just brings 156 of more rules & complexity There are some errors in what schools or disciplines different abilities fall into. For instance, moving objects is accepted as telekinesis or psychokinesis. Yet, the book has them under weirdness fields. Flying & Levitate are under psycholoportation. This may be to balance how many abilities go into each discipline: but it requires more reading, time, studying, & fixing.
