    works great in our trucks they quit making Makita DC chargers Our remote controls use. So we get the power drive and an AC charger to take there place. our drivers can also plug there phones in to charge.

    I purchased this so i can use my laptop in my car since laptop's battery died. It worked!! It does hum or vibrate a little which alarmed me at first, but friend told me thats normal. Friend just advised bout overheating if used for extended period of time, but for MY use it did the job...
