The company sent me the wrong solenoid and I installed it anyways failing to notice it was rated for 12VDC while the original was rated for 120VAC. The higher voltage melted the solenoid and blew out the driver triac and who knows what else. I sent them a picture of the destroyed solenoid and they immediately sent me the correct one with a sincere apology. This is an honest company that made a mistake and owned it.
