  • Engrossing, thrilling and excellent red herrings!

It is now 1655. In Black Friars old church a man is found dead! Dressed in black Dominican robes dating a hundred years ago he has been killed with a short, sharp knife and walled up alive behind a wall. on discovering who he was, what he was going to do and what he was doing this Damian Seeker is increasingly aware of a conspiracy against Oliver Cromwell and the Puritan movement. • Good easy read.

Enjoyable historical fiction but needs more historical fact to be compelling.
