Carefully packaged, quickly shipped, more beautiful than described napkins, and a reasonable price--a stellar ebay experience!! I am delighted with my purchase and would be happy to buy from this seller again.

Communication was good ... I was informed of a delay in mailing. The earrings were very clean and polished but only wrapped in tissue paper, not in a small jewelry box. They were then sent in a small brown mailing envelope. USPS bent one of the hooks but I was able to get it fixed.
