    Received item in mail, promptly opened and box was soggy, product had leaked everywhere through small hole in tube. I contacted seller and sent a picture. They suggested I nicked the tube when opening (I didn’t) , and that the “tube looks full and box isn’t soggy as you mentioned”. Needless to say, they essentially didn’t believe me, and offered me $7 back (I paid $43, requested $20 back). Reputable companies take responsibility for their defective goods, and believe their customers. Not here.

    Meh

    It's not authentic, or if it is, it's really old. The protective covering flaked apart when I pulled it off. The authentic shampoo only take a tiny drop to lather my whole head of hair and this shampoo takes much more.
