    Received item in mail, promptly opened and box was soggy, product had leaked everywhere through small hole in tube. I contacted seller and sent a picture. They suggested I nicked the tube when opening (I didn’t) , and that the “tube looks full and box isn’t soggy as you mentioned”. Needless to say, they essentially didn’t believe me, and offered me $7 back (I paid $43, requested $20 back). Reputable companies take responsibility for their defective goods, and believe their customers. Not here.

    Horrible!

    I use Oribe shampoo all the time! Several different ones but I had not tried this. I have short to medium fine textured color-treated hair. Not quite shoulder length and not damaged. It tangles when washed. This product did NOTHING! As a matter of fact, I think it tangled worse! I admit that after I conditioned it well and carefully combed it straight that it was very nicely clean and it styled as it should. The shampoo scent is horrible as well. Thank goodness it did not linger. I read some bad reviews on the product website but I had to find out for myself. This is my first negative experience with this brand of hair care.
