Their decision to ignore stated delivery date and bring my fathers 80th birthday present a day early meant that the travel, the B&B and the music night out I had booked for my birthday was missed and the parcel didn't arrive until a day later without communication. We list a 3-5 working day delivery on this item which eBay ignore and overpromise as a 1-2 day delivery. Evri took 2 days to deliver which was a day longer than we paid them for. Any other affordable carrier would have taken at least 2 days and I`m sorry if eBay gave a false estimate on when you would receive. your item.
