      Item was well packaged though courier still managed to put the parcel through its paces and suffered a little damage (A wheel came loose). Seller was beyond impressive in handling the situation and offered advice on repairing the loco with the added safety that they would accept return of the damaged item if I was unable to restore it or unhappy with the end result. 10/10 - would buy from again.

      Well packaged, and posted within a reasonable timeframe. The engine was excellent value for it's money, and while mostly as described, I did knock off a star for the cracks in the funnel being unaddressed. Although I did see them in the pictures, so I knew about them already. However, minus that small gripe, I'd say they're a top notch seller.

      more smooth sides

      more quality coaches from Hornby (main set no engine)all with lights sprung buffers + smooth sides a six set always look good must try for more.
