    Great DVD another masterwork from Kubrick

    Whether people think it runs too long in spots, or is too visual in style without a lot of substance, 2001 A Space Odyssey is one of Kubrick's best works imho-right up there with Dr. Strangelove and A Clockwork Orange-fantastic visual effects, a solid storyline, and, of course, HAL as one of the most horrifying examples of AI gone wrong ever
