    My old Epipnone Stratocaster - 100,000 mile tune up.

    I replaced the caps, switch and variable pots in my old epiphone strat. The switch contacts simply no longer making clean contact. I changed the caps and got some nice vintage tones. Very fun DIY project. Love the new tonal range.

    Reassuring Brass in the stem

    Wanted to get the capacitor so as to avoid purchasing separately. ...prefer the the full-size pots. I think this provides for more contact surface material and contributes to longer life. ...fair price. Mark

    Arrived in good shape. Will put it into a guitar to be built this summer, so an opportunity to test it's performance has not yet arrived, but I don't anticipate any problems for this Fender product.
