    Excellent Recorder and Player

    The DM-670 is a top-notch voice recorder. It is well made and has excellent sound quality via the three built-in mics. It can record in both WAV and MP3 formats, mono and stereo. The 8GB of memory is plenty for storing hours of recordings and, if needed, can be extended with a micro SD card. The bundled Olympus earphones are of high quality allowing it to be used as a compact MP3 player. You can use the earphones to monitor recordings whilst making them and there is an external mic socket. I used it with the Purple Panda lav mic successfully, its compact size making it easy to accommodate when recording for use in a video. Niggles: - The mic zoom function only works with 44kHz recordings and turning it on switches the recorder from 48kHz to 44kHz. - It would be great if it had a standard ...

    Rolls Royce at a Ford Fiesta price

    Excellent value, looks like new and the new price for the recorder and microphone is around £250. Its easy to use and gives excellent results. I am amazed at the clear low noise signal recorded and when you connect it to a good audio amplifier the sound is just perfect.
