    Highly recommend Julia’s Kitchen Wisdom for anyone who loves to cook. The book is small but filled with fantastic recipes. What really sets it apart from so many other cookbooks are the variations and tips on kitchen techniques for each recipe. Picture of my first recipe followed - ROAST CHICKEN. It was moist & delicious
