Unfortunately it was the Royal Mail who let the side down. They collected the package on 14/04/25 (day after dispatch) - confirmed on the Royal Mail app - but subsequently have lost it as it was never delivered. I contacted the seller who was very prompt in replying and had no hesitation in refunding me. I hope he gets his money back from Royal Mail!
