    Mindfulness part one............

    Awesome book about life and being the kind of person who fixes thinks and is engaged with life. Mindfulness. A little too philosophical for me Iin some places but the other parts are just amazing. In some ways similar to SHOP CLASS AS SOULCRAFT . these books are WAY more into the topic than the title suggests. I would say these books are a must read for everybody from accountants to mechanics. Thanks.

    I've seen this book for years searching for books. But I didn't bother to purchase and read it. Sometimes books need to find you and the time just isn't right. I had recently lost my dad and once again this book popped up. This time I purchased it. I found it at times hard to follow, sometimes a bit slow, but compelling. I couldn't put it down for long. I found myself stealing away time with the book. It's a great book. The perspective is intriguing and to me personally seems to offer a lot of answers to the when, why, and what of modern life. Everyone will find something special in this book. I highly suggest this as a must read. It appears to have an almost cult following and now I understand why.

    Book review not transaction..

    I've read and re-read, and lost and found this book a million times. It's one of my influence mantras. I bought this copy to put inside of my newest companion, Conrad the murdercycle. It will live inside his gas cap lid, and both of us will know.
